1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or using Right Road services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Right Road offers luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services (VTC), including:

  • Airport transfers to and from airports
  • Hourly chauffeur services
  • Inter-city transfers across Costa del Sol
  • Executive services and special events

All services are provided with premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles (S-Class, E-Class, V-Class) and professional drivers.

3. Bookings

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings must be made through our website. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, although we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

3.2 Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with all booking details. It is your responsibility to verify that all information is correct.

3.3 Modifications

Modifications to an existing booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for last-minute modifications.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Rates

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Final prices are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and additional services requested.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit card payments through our secure Stripe platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes (airport services: 60 minutes included)
  • Highway tolls
  • Services outside normal hours (22:00 - 06:00)
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking

5. Cancellation Policy

+24 hours: Free cancellation with full refund
Less than 24h: No refund will be issued

Cancellations must be made through your account on our website or by contacting our customer service directly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • Be present at the pickup point at the agreed time
  • Inform of any bulky luggage or special equipment
  • Respect the vehicle and rules of conduct
  • Do not smoke, consume food or drinks without authorization
  • Supervise minors throughout the journey
  • Be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle through negligence

7. Right Road Responsibilities

  • Provide clean vehicles in perfect condition with valid insurance
  • Assign professional drivers with valid VTC license
  • Arrive punctually at the agreed pickup point
  • Follow the most efficient route unless otherwise directed by customer
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Provide assistance in case of incidents during service

8. Limitation of Liability

Right Road will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances
  • Loss of flights or connections due to delays beyond our control
  • Personal items left in vehicles (although we will make reasonable efforts to locate them)
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Luggage

Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity:

  • Mercedes S-Class: 2 large suitcases + 2 carry-on bags
  • Mercedes E-Class: 2 large suitcases + 2 carry-on bags
  • Mercedes V-Class: 6 large suitcases + carry-on bags

It is the customer's responsibility to inform about special or bulky luggage when booking.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, Spain.
